1.1. Protection of the buyer's personal data, which is a physical person, pursuant to § 15 section 1 stat. no. 122/2013 Collections of laws on the Protection of Personal Data as amended by later legislation.1.2. Buyer agrees to process these personal details: name and surname, home address, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone number (collectively, all as "personal data").
1.3. The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purpose of realizing the rights and obligations of the purchase contract and for the purpose of maintaining the user account. If the buyer will not choose any other option, he agrees with the processing of the personal data by the seller also for the purpose of sending information and commercial notices to the buyer. Consent to the processing of personal data in its range under this section is not a condition that would in itself make it impossible to conclude a purchase contract.
1.4. The Buyer acknowledges that he is obliged to state his / her personal details (when registering, in his user account, when ordering from the web interface of the store) correctly and truthfully and that he is obliged to inform the seller of change in his / her personal data without undue delay.
1.5. By processing the buyer's personal data, the seller may authorize a third person as a processor. In addition to persons transporting the goods, personal data will not be transferred to third parties without the prior consent of the buyer.
1.6. Personal data will be processed indefinitely. Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated manner or in a printed form in a non-automated manner.
1.7. The buyer confirms that the personal data provided are accurate and that he has been instructed that this is a voluntary provision of personal data.
1.8. In case that the buyer believes that the seller or processor (Article 1.5) carries out processing of his or her personal data contrary to the protection of the buyer's private and personal life, or in the conflict of the law, especially if personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, may:
1.8.1. ask the seller or processor for an explanation,
1.8.2. require the seller or processor to remove the resulting condition.
1.9. If the buyer asks for information about the processing of his or her personal data, the seller is obliged to submit this information. The seller is entitled to request an adequate reimbursement not exceeding the costs necessary to provide information for the provision of information under the preceding sentence.

The person who provided these personal data within the meaning of § 16 sect 1 law no 122/2013 Collection of laws is responsible for the untruthfulness of the personal data provided to the operator on the Protection of Personal Data as amended by later legislation.The correctness and timeliness of personal data is ensured by the operator.
The personal data is considered correct until proven otherwise.
